Counter pressure fillers for type RBA cans.
The "RBA" series is used for capacity ranges from 9.000 to 50.000 cans per hour. This system is our automatic counterpressure filler system for filling liquids containing CO2 into cans. There is also the possibility of processing hot or cold and still liquids. The used of the most modern technologies enables constant and precise filing to be guaranteed for a wide range of products.

Basic design:
Cans from 250 ml to 1.000 ml can be processed. The pneumantic can gripper system moves in a closed circuit, in order to minimize air consumption. All the parts which come in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, which enables complete sterilisation to be carried out using steam or chemicals. As early as at the design stage of the filler, high value was set on ease of servicing; for example, the filling valves can be dismantled without emptying the filling tank.

Function description:
The cans are pressed against the sealing channel of the filling valve by means of lifting pistons, and are thus sealed against the outside environment. CO2 then flows through this sealing channel into the can, in order to create a pressure balance inside it. Once pressure equalization has been reached, the sealing channel is closed, and the can is decompressed, then set-back on the transport belt by lowering the lifting pistons. The can sealing machine is blocked by the filler, and mechanically synchronized by means of a cardan shaft, which enables a high level of operational reliability and process precision to be achieved.
